Woodland Grove - Market Rasen
Caring for our estate and our community

Located on the western edge of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is the Lincolnshire Wolds, Woodland Grove is a unique neighbourhood of local charm with its natural habitat areas, woodlands and lakes; a place where the barn owl and the woodpecker are often seen from our armchairs and wild birds thrive in plenty in our gardens and surrounds. Our residents are proud of the wildlife, landscape and tranquillity in Woodland Grove and are equally proud to work together to maintain and support them.

But just a few minutes’ walk away is the picturesque old town of Market Rasen with its famous race-course, excellent schools, a friendly, traditional High Street with free parking at all times, outstanding Victorian and Georgian architecture and, of course, its regular markets. It’s a place with a rural feel, without the stress and rush associated with large towns.

And yet travelling further afield is so convenient from here: Woodland Grove lies on the main bus route between Grimsby and Lincoln and both are easily reached by car in less than 30 minutes. And minutes away is Market Rasen railway station with regular trains to Grimsby, Lincoln, Newark and London.
